• A great way to help your children learn at home is to encourage them to use vocabulary words in daily conversation, or to make up sentences together that include the words.  You may even want to create a ‘word wall’ in your home like we do in the classroom.  Add the new vocabulary words from each lesson as they are given, and try to make the words a part of your daily conversations as a family.  Your child will even be able to share the word games that we play in the classroom.  It could be a refreshing and educational twist on family game night, or just a fun way to engage in a quick review.
